How long does a session last?
Each session lasts for 50 mins
Where are The sessions held?
Your session can take place at Blossomed Life’s LLC Midtown office, via video or phone calls, or at a pre-determined location of your choice (additional costs may be incurred)
How do I make an appointment?
After you have purchased your package and made payment via your credit/debit card, you will receive an email with a link to Meribel’s calendar, where you will be able to see her availabilities and schedule an appointment with her.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No-shows and cancellations within the 48 hour window before your appointment will be charged.
Appointments can be changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.
We understand that emergencies happen and things come up. If so, please contact us directly and we will assist you.
Do I have to prepare for the sessions?
You will be given a questionnaire prior to your first session. The contents of this questionnaire are confidential and secured, and will act as a starting point for your first session.
What happens during the sessions?
During the first session with Meribel, you will analyze your issues and identify the sources of your compulsive behaviors. In your subsequent sessions, you will be able to track your progress, assess your current needs, plan on appropriate courses of action and receive coaching on nutrition, emotional eating and life-fulfillment.
What if I need help outside of the sessions?
Every package includes unlimited support via talk and text, which means that if you have any questions or doubt during your entire journey, Meribel is available between 7am to 11pm every day for the duration of your package.
What happens after my package ends?
You are ready to live your Blossomed Life! If you have finished your introduction package and feel like you want more, you have the option of purchasing the Flowers of Fulfillment package or the Garden of Your Blossomed Life package. If you feel like you need more guidance even after the Flowers or Garden packages, sessions can be arranged on a per week basis at a special rate.
What is a Cravings Log?
A Cravings Log is a daily record done of the foods you have consumed and the cravings you have experienced during the day. Your log can be done through our automated online form or you can choose to keep your own log and send Meribel a picture of it at the end of the day.
What is the Goldwin Diet?
The Goldwin Diet is a nutritional framework created by Meribel Goldwin that combines foods that are anti-inflammatory, low-glycemic and high-vitality to provide customized diet favorable to your mind and your body.
Anti-inflammatory foods, such as walnuts and avocados, help you avoid chronic diseases and weight gain.
Low-glycemic foods, such as berries and green-leafed vegetables, are carbohydrate-rich and raises your blood sugar levels gradually, allowing you to feel fuller for a longer time throughout the day.
High-vitality foods, such as sprouts and locally-grown fruits, helps to provide your body with positive prana. Prana is a Sanskrit word that refers to the life force that flows through all living forms. By feeding your body with produce that are closer to the earth (unlike processed foods), you are able to invigorate your body at a greater level.
